This is a short repetitive guitar piece I sort of came up with after some really troubling months in the beginning of the year and the year before that. Depression took over most of my life, things weren’t really looking up and I was heading down a really bad road, especially for the people around me. It started out as a little riff to keep my head clear, and it wasn’t until a couple of months later that I decided to flesh it out. It’s still not very clear, but at least it is better than the tape recording of the original riff. And yes, I was drumming on the guitar with a sock wrapped around my fist.
