Okay, this is getting fucking annoying. I know some of you who know that what I’m talking about should at least have an inkling of truth. I’m forcing that on you because I don’t want to feel alone about all this.
And all this is the phantom ringtone.
For whichever phone I’m using, if I have been texting on it for quite a while and I’ve heard the same ringtone over and over, eventually that tone is going to stick in my head. SO EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE (and I don’t mean every damn second) I hear my phone SMS tone go off, albeit rather softly, and it turns out to be from my head, and all that effort in getting to my cellphone is wasted.
I’m not going insane, am I?
PS: I apologize for my lack of creativity in writing, I’m just getting a bit pissed off. My co-workers are peering over my cubicle wondering why I’m typing so loud.
